Quality Control

Our offer includes a quality control over our production.
This service allows us to avoid rejects and complaints from our customer. We believe that prevention is better than discovering the problem at the end of the production or even when the goods arrive at the final destination with the customer. Hence we implement our Q.C. at the beginning of the production. If needed, our trained staff can handle QC on site until the shipment.
Social Survey.

We have a major concern for fair business because the best product is done by workers enjoying their job. Our influence on factory management sometimes allows us to obtain advantages for their staff. Most commonly we control sanitary conditions, safety at work and books showing age, social condition, salary, time at work.
The better knowledge we have of a factory, the less chance we have to face a reject rate exceeding 2 to 3%. And if we identify a high rate early enough in production, we can implement the necessary changes to rectify the production problems.
